  • The Client was charged with Voluntary Manslaughter and several counts of Battery. After trial, the jury returned a verdict of Not Guilty as to all counts.
  • The Client was charged with Possession of Stolen Property, a Class D felony. The Trial Court granted Thomas Keller’s Motion to Dismiss after the State rested.
  • The Client was charged with Attempted Robbery, a Class B felony. The Trial Court granted Thomas Keller’s Motion to Dismiss after the State rested.
  • After conviction and sentencing for Possession of Cocaine, a Class D felony, Thomas Keller appealed the conviction for his client. After reviewing his brief, the Court of Appeals overturned the conviction and his client was released from prison.
  • The Client was charged with Murder. After trial, the Client was found Not Guilty of Murder, but Guilty of the lesser offense of Voluntary Manslaughter.
  • The Client was charged with Possession of Cocaine, a class D felony. Thomas Keller filed a Motion to Suppress Evidence, which was granted. The State had to dismiss the case.
